2ND YEAR OF THE MASTER'S DEGREE IN CLINICAL EVALUATION

STUDENT SELECTION

It is based on background records, followed by an interview, carried out in English.

1- Application forms can be downloaded from mid-March on the E-Candidate - UCBL website.

2- Once your application has been selected, a notification to attend an English oral test will be sent to you by email. A date and time will be provided. If you are not able to attend, please notify Leïla Gardère at leila.gardere@univ-lyon1.fr ASAP. The test will be a 20-minute exchange with a bilingual person that can focus on your aspirations, your motivations, a general conversation, etc.

TRAINING STATUS

Your training status will depend on your background information: Initial Training or Continuing Education

You are in Initial Training:

• if you are still studying,
• or if you obtained your last diploma less than 1 year ago,
• or if you are working as a hospital practitioner, university lecturer-hospital practitioner, assistant practitioner, head of clinic assistant, university lecturer-hospital practitioner assistant, university professor-hospital practitioner at the Hospices Civils de Lyon.

If you opt for apprenticeship, you will sign an apprenticeship contract.

You are in Continuing Education:

• if you obtained your last diploma over a year ago,
• or if your education is funded by your employer (irrespective of the date when you completed your last degree),
• or if you are a jobseeker (irrespective of the date when you completed your last degree).

If you opt for apprenticeship, you will sign a professionalisation contract.

DOCUMENTS TO PROVIDE

Once your application has been accepted, you will have to send in the following documents:

• A copy of your ID card or passport
• A copy of your State Doctor of Pharmacy degree or any other diploma qualifying you to enrol in or pass the fifth year, in addition to a copy of the document proving successful completion of the medical internship entrance exam / your Bachelor’s Degree for first-year Master’s students / your first-year Master’s degree for second-year Master’s students / your student card for students in their sixth year.
• Please clearly write your email address on the enrolment application.
• The student card from the previous school year or from the current year in case of multiple enrolments.
• A copy of your Social Security card.
• For grant holders: grant confirmation (conditional or definitive) + 1 copy.
• Proof of Personal Accident and Public Liability Insurance (which covers internships).
• Chosen payment method: credit card, cheque, post office cheque, or postal money order (for foreign students) made out to Monsieur l’agent comptable de l’Université Claude Bernard.
